A gentle evening where live music and movement come together in a meditative and guided setting.
Elementum invites you to slow down, drop into your body and reconnect with yourself through breath, movement and sound.
We begin with simple, guided exercises to help you land in your body and arrive in the space. From there, live music supports the process, creating a soft and intuitive landscape for movement, stillness and listening.
All guests are warmly welcomed with a complimentary cup of tea before the event begins.
